All pieces are numbered, and cut to exact size.

Cutting and shaping the lead came around the glass.

Lead is held in place by nails and firmly held piece by piece.

Soldering
All joints are soldered together.
Filling with cement in lead grooves
Black cement is filled in all gaps on both sides of glass piece.
Chalking and scraping
The whole piece is coverd in chalk and left for around 3 days to harden. Then all edges are scraped back and excess cement removed.
Blacking
Black and polish leads to shine and condition glass and lead.
Glass finished and now in situ
